Dear Rick,

The representative you scheduled for us was very prompt & efficient. He was also very kind & considerate. On his first visit I was very obviously not well. He brought my trash barrel back up to the garage after trash pick up. Today I had my nephew’s four-year-old, a very curious & intelligent boy. He wanted to know how the “arm” (crane) worked. Your rep showed & explained the mechanics. Very good experience. He’s a 10.
